Clients may cancel services by providing written notice by email.

If cancellation occurs after work has started, the client remains responsible for payment for work already completed, time invested, and any third-party costs incurred.

2. Project Delays Caused by Client

If a client fails to provide required information, approvals, access, files, or feedback, the project timeline may be delayed.

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days, we may pause the project.

If we cancel a service before work begins, the client may receive a refund for prepaid services not yet started.

If work has already started, any refund will be reviewed based on work completed and costs incurred.

4. Subscription or Retainer Services

For monthly, recurring, subscription, or retainer-based services, cancellation requires at least 30 days’ written notice unless another cancellation period is stated in the service agreement.

Clients remain responsible for charges due during the notice period.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Clients are responsible for canceling any third-party subscriptions, software accounts, domains, hosting, payment processors, email marketing tools, booking platforms, or other services they own or authorize.

S.A. Moore Consulting Group is not responsible for charges from third-party platforms after a client cancels services with us.
